走出高专图书馆专业人员年度考核困境

摘    要:图书馆专业人员年度考核是人力资源管理的一项重要内容。针对考核中存在的问题,进一步提出走出考核困境,需实现“四变”:变被动考核为主动考核;变全年“一次性”考核为全年“过程式”考核;变人际关系考核为目标导引式考核;变考核结果搁置为合理利用。

Abstract:The annual examining of library employees is an important part of the management of human resources.In order to solve the problem in examining and get out of the predicament,'four changes' need to be introduced,change passive examination to active examination;change the one-off exam to processing exam during the whole year;change the examination depending on interpersonal relationships to the one guided by the goal;and properly utilize the result rather than lay it away.
