摘    要:实验以Ti(SO4)2为原料,在水和正丙醇混合溶剂中制备TiO2粒子,较为系统地研究了制备条件(反应物浓度、溶剂、空间分散剂、反应时间、温度等)对产物粒子颗粒大小的影响,采用TEM、X-射线衍射等技术对所得产品性能进行了表征。实验结果表明,制得的TiO2水合粒子为均匀的球形粒子,经热处理后的粉体为锐钛矿型。

Abstract:TiO2 particles were prepared by the hydrolysis of Ti (SO4)2 in the solvent of water and n-propanol. The effect of reaction conditions (reactant concent ration, solvent, steric dispersant, reaction time , temperature, et al) on particle sizes and its distribution was investigated systematically. The sizes of prepared particles varied from 300~1100 nm along with the change of reaction conditions. The particles were characterized by TEM and X-ray diffraction , the shape of particles was uniformly spherical and the powders obtained by heat treatment were anatase.
