| 摘 要： | 对我国进入市场经济后科技期刊的价值定位和面临的机遇与挑战进行了分析,着重从科学经营管理模式、内部运行机制、造就创新人才、打造特色精品期刊方面阐述了我国科技期刊的发展思路,提出了中国科技期刊存在的问题和应该采取的相应对策.

| Abstract: | In this paper author analyzed the value and faced chances and challenges of national scientific and technical journals under market economy and emphatically described developmental train of thought from managements, internal moving mechanism, turning out peoples of talent bringing forth original ideas and achieving characteristic excellent journals and so on, and advanced existing problems and relative countermeasures. |
