摘    要:根据实验数据,应用商用CFD软件Fluent对连续超高压杀菌系统释压装置内部流场的压力、速度等参数进行数值模拟研究.结果表明,在微孔道的入口附近,压力骤降并形成较大的压力梯度,速度变化与压力骤变明显对应;压力沿微孔道缓慢释放;在微孔道的出口附近,速度变化主要与流道结构以及固壁影响有关;复杂的固壁边界,引起流动的剧烈变化,增强剪切、撞击等作用,增强了料液的机械力杀菌作用.

Abstract:The numerical simulation of velocity and pressure parameters of the flow field in pressure relief device of continuous ultra-high pressure sterilizing system was conducted.The results indicated that the pressure fell rapidly around inlet of the micro-channels.Velocity change was consistent with pressure drop which was obvious nearby the inlet of micro-channels.And homogenizing pressure was relieved slowly from inlet to outlet of the micro-channels.In the inlet of the micro-channels,velocity changes were mai...
