摘    要:基于Bingham塑性模型的基本思想,建立了一种简单的磁流变阻尼器非参数模型.该模型假设MR阻尼器的阻尼力由3项构成:气囊力、MR流体粘性阻尼力以及由于磁场作用所引起的阻尼力.气囊力被表示为活塞位移的线性函数.磁场引起的阻尼力则表示为一个没有线性增长的磁滞环.理论与实验结果的比较指出:非参数模型数据与实验数据吻合较好.该文所提出的模型,具有各参数物理意义清晰,容易根据实验数据确定的特点,可以用来描述一类线性比较好的MR阻尼器.

Abstract:Based on the basic idea of Bingham plastic model,a non-parametric model of magneto-rheological(MR) damper is proposed.This MR damper model assumes that the damping force of the MR damper consists of three parts: gas chamber force,viscous damping force of MR fluid,and damping force duo to the applied magnetic field.The gas chamber force is expressed as a function of the piston displacement.The damping force due to magnetic field presents a hysteresis loop without linear increase.Sigmoid function is chosen to describe this hysteresis behavior.Its peak value is also a function of the applied current.The comparison of theoretical and experimental results shows that this non-parametric model reflects the dynamic behavior of the used MR damper reasonably.The parameters in this non-parametric model have clear physical meanings,and they are easily determined through experimental data as well.The proposed non-parametric model is used to describe some MR dampers that have good linearity.
