制氧机组故障诊断专家系统知识库的研制

摘    要:在分析制氧机组的结构、运行流程的基础上,利用故障树分析法来分析、细化复杂的制氧机组运行时所有可能出现的故障,确定了各故障的产生原因及排除故障的措施.采用产生式规则描述故障知识库,在知识库的构建中以每条规则作为一个结点,以这些结点构建链表,建立了一个链表形的数据结构,通过对链表的操作可以方便地向知识库里添加新的故障类或已有故障类的新发故障、删除不会再发生的旧故障等.采用以上方法建造的知识库更为简洁,具有良好的可维护性.

Abstract:Based on the structure and operation of the oxygen manufacture equipment is studied clearly, a fault tree analysis is used to analyze all possible faults which the oxygen manufacture equipment will appear when it is working, the component modes and spread track of every fault is confirmed too. Then a production rule is used to describe the base. The knowledge base is amendable, it is conven ient to add new faults or delete outmoded ones by operating the linked list.
