摘    要:农业机械主要是由各类型材或钢板通过焊接连接而成,在使用过程中,由于受到外力的作用,产生变形或破坏,焊接作为其常用的维修方法,容易引起焊接变形。通过对焊接变形影响因素的分析,发现焊接变形主要是由于局部的加热和冷却产生焊接内应力所造成的,由此提出了预防焊接变形的相应措施。

Welding deformation in the maintenance of agricultural machinery and its control measures

Abstract:Agricultural machinery is made by connection of a variety of shapes or plate through welding. In the course ol use, It has deformation or damage due to external forces. As the common maintenance method, welding easily causes the defects of welding deformation. Through analysis of factors influencing welding deformation, we found out that the welding deformation was mainly caused by the welding internal stress produced by the partial overheating and cooling. Therefore, we put forward the corresponding measures for prevention of welding deformation.
