高校艺术教育之师资与课程建设

高校要培养全面的高素质高水平的专业艺术人才和普通建设人才,就必须大力扩充和培养一支德才兼备、一专多能并且知识渊博的艺教师资队伍,改变陈旧的艺术教育观念和传统的教学模式与随意的课程设置,建立对学生进行全面培养、以培养德智体美全面发展的教学体制。
