| Abstract: | Through generalization of New Institutionalism,this paper employs its culture cognition as the research perspective to build the system of culture-recognition.Furthermore,it systematically sets forth the feasibility of cultural construction from teacher-oriented mode to student-oriented mode,which aims at upgrading the teaching qualities. |
