美托洛尔联合地高辛在慢性心力衰竭患者中的疗效观察

目的：观察美托洛尔联合地高辛应用于慢性心力衰竭患者中的疗效。方法：收集2010年1月至2011年12月在永修县人民医院住院的80例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为美托洛尔联合地高辛治疗组（40例）和对照组（40例）。随访3个月,分析治疗前后心室率控制情况及左室射血分数（LVEF）等心功能改善情况。结果：治疗3个月后,联合组中患者心室率控制及LVEF与对照组相比改善明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在标准抗心衰治疗基础上加用美托洛尔疗效好,可改善心功能及预后。

Observation of treatment effect of metoprolol combined with digoxin on chronic heart failure

purpose： observing the treatment effect of metoprolol and digoxin on chronic heart failure.Method： collecting 8o cases of chronic heart failure patients hospitalized in the People＇s Hospital of Yongxiu county from Jan.2010 to Dec.2011 and dividing them into the group（40 cases） treated with metoprolol combined with digoxin and contrast group（40 cases） at random,making 3-month visit and analyzing ventricular rate control before and after treatment and the improvement of heart function of LVEF.Result： After 3-month treatment,ventricular rate control before and LVEF of the group treated with metoprolol combined with digoxin are markedly improved compared with theh contrast group,the difference has statistic significance（（P0.05）.Conclusion： on the basis of normal treatment of heart failure,adding metoprolol has good effect,improving heart function and prevention.
