本科教学评估对教学档案建设的促进作用

摘    要:教学档案资料是教育部对各高校本科教学工作评估的一项重要内容,《普通高等学校本科教学工作水平评估指标体系》中涉及教学档案资料的二级指标有12项、24个观测点,约占总评估数一半以上,充分体现了教学档案在高等学校办学中的重要地位。本科教学评估有利于教学档案的建设和发展,主要体现为“四个有利于”:有利于增强教学档案管理人员的归档意识与责任意识;有利于提高教学档案管理人员的业务素质;有利于丰富教学档案来源,充实教学档案馆藏;有利于推动教学档案管理工作的规范化。本科教学评估对教学档案管理工作可产生以下启示:①加强管理,提高意识;②建立、健全各级责任制;③加强教学档案管理的现代化建设。

Abstract:Teaching archive data are an important item in the evaluation of undergraduate teaching by the Ministry of Education.In the indicator system of the evaluation,there are 12 secondary indicators and 24 points of inspection,approximately accounting for over 50%of all evaluation items,which shows the important status of teaching archives in college.The evaluation can intensify the consciousness and responsibility of file managements,improve the professional quality of archive keepers.It can also enrich the source of teaching files and promote standardization of teaching archive management.Requirements in the evaluation on teaching archive management can strengthen management work and consciousness,help to set up the responsibility system and to realize the modernization of teaching archive management.
