水稻不育系育性恢复的化学调控研究

摘    要:1992年3月至1993年11月,我们先后在海南和长沙两地,使用多种化学调控剂处理了不同种类的不育系.结果表明:化学复雄剂对光温敏不育系及细胞质雄性不育系均有一定程度的恢复效应,结实率可恢复到0.1%~10.0%,且在繁殖季节能显著提高光温敏不育系的结实率,提高幅度达4.4%~18.4%.孤雌生殖诱导剂对所有供试的普通核不育系,细胞质雄性不育系、光温敏核不育系及孤雌生殖后代不育株均能诱导结实,且与化学复雄剂配合施用时,效果更好,继续深入研究不育系育性恢复的机理及调控技术,可望为杂交水稻育种开辟一条崭新的途径.

Abstract:From March, 1992 to Nov. 1993, we experimented on all types of malesterile rices with many chemical regulators in both Sanya,Hainan province and Changsha.Hunan province the results showed that male-fdertility -restoring regulators made the fertilities of photo-thermo-sensitive genic male-sterile rice (PTGMR)and cytoplasmic male-sterile rice(CMSR)restored to some extent in which the seed set rates were from 0. 1% to10. 0%,additionally, they could increase the seed set rates of PTGMR by 4. 4 % to 18. 4% under fertile condition compared with control;and parthenogenesis-inducing regulators could cause all the sterile lines including ordinary genic male-sterile rice (OGMR),PTGMR,CMSR and streile plants of parthenogenetic F1 (PF1) to produce seeds, especially used with maleFertility -restoring regulators. We think it's necessary to continue deeply studying the mechanism and regulating technique of the restoration of fertility of male-sterile rice,and it's possible to lead to a new way for hybrid rice breeding.
