| Abstract: | The countermeasures and significations of energy monitoring service system of Jilin province were analyzed in this paper.The energy saving situation and potential of China were also discussed.Policy suggestions and measures were offered for the government.It was shown that energy monitoring service system was very effective for the energy saving and the pollution reduction and control of China. |
