| Abstract: | This paper applies the analytic hierarchy process to the synthetic policy-making of Ningxia tourism. According to reality it establishes a hierarchy structure model and gets a quantitative analysis result and dispels uncertainty conclusion caused by qualitative analysis. It provides quantitative scientific basis for the governments' tourism policy-making. |
