摘    要:木麻黄是我国东南沿海防护林的先锋树种,而星天牛对木麻黄海防林造成了严重的危害,选育抗性优良品种是控制星天牛危害的有效手段之一。笔者以福建惠安木麻黄种质资源库中48个无性系为测定材料,2010—2012年通过对各木麻黄无性系抗虫能力的林间调查以及林间人工接虫鉴定其抗性的方法,以虫口密度、有虫株率、羽化率及无性系生长情况等为指标,确定了惠13、惠76、惠83等3个无性系为抗虫优良无性系。这3个无性系林木上,星天牛林间幼虫虫口密度小于0.12头/株,有虫株率低于12%,成虫羽化率为0; 幼虫在被人工接种后能生存并到成虫的不超过20%。惠58、惠88等2个无性系为感星天牛的无性系,其虫口密度在1.0头/株以上,有虫株率超过了66%,成虫羽化率在35%以上; 幼虫在被人工接种后能完成生活史的高达60%以上。因此,筛选出的3个抗性无性系可做为抗星天牛的优良育种材料。


Resistance identification of 48 Casuarina clones to Anoplophora chinensis
Abstract:Casuarina spp. is a main part of the coastal shelter forest in southeast China, but the damage of Casuarina spp. forest is mainly caused by Anoplophora chinensis. One of the effective means to control this pest is breeding resistant varieties of Casuarina. Taking the population density, attacking rate, eclosion rate and the growth as indices, the resistance to A.chinensis of 48 C. equisetifolia clones in the germplasm banks at Huian in Fujian province were studied based on investigation and artificial inoculation in the forest during 2010-2012. The results showed that Hui13, Hui76, Hui83 were resistant to A. chinensis with the average population density of larva less than 0.12, attacking rate was lower than 12 percent, and 0 eclosion rate. No more than 20 percent of larvae were able to develop into adults on these clones by artificial inoculation.Hui58, Hui88 were sensitive to A. chinensis, with the average population density of larva more than 1.0, attacking rate and eclosion rate exceeded 66 percent and 35 percent, respectively. It was up to 60 percent of larvae developed into adults successfully by artificial inoculation.
