摘    要:用超分散包覆剂(YB-510)对竹粉的流动性能进行改善处理,与低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)熔融复合,注塑成型制备竹粉/LDPE复合材料; 利用旋转流变仪研究添加剂对复合材料流变行为的影响。结果表明:添加助剂后复合体系比单纯竹粉/LDPE复合材料的线性黏弹性行为有更大的应变范围; 复合体系的储存模量随温度的升高呈下降趋势,偶联剂的加入可降低体系的储存模量,而润滑剂及抗氧剂对其影响效果不是很显著; 频率扫描表明,YB-510的加入可有效提高竹粉在基体中的分散均匀性,降低复合体系的黏度,使复合材料的加工性能得以改善。


Dynamic rheological behavior of bamboo flour/low density polyethylene composite
Abstract:Bamboo flour was treated with scattered agent(YB-510)to improve its flow performance, and then it was composited with low density polyethylene(LDPE)by injection to prepare bamboo flour/LDPE composite materials. The rotating rheometerwas used to study the influences of various additives on the rheological behavior of composite materials. The results showed that: the composite system with additives had the greater strain range which belongs to linear viscoelastic behaviorcompared with pure bamboo flour/LDPE system, and the storage modulus of the composite system declined with the rise of temperature. The addition of coupling agent could reduce storage modulus of the system, but the effects of lubricant and antioxidant were not significant. Frequency sweep showed that YB-510 could effectively improve the uniform dispersion of bamboo flour in matrix, reduce the viscosity of the system, and improve the processing performance of composite material.
