换热器出口温度和大水箱液位串级控制系统的研究

摘    要:随着控制理论的不断发展,过程控制在工业生产中得到了广泛应用。以换热器出口温度和大水箱液位串级控制系统为研究目标,在MCGS组态软件的环境下,采用串级控制,并对PID控制算法进行了改进。系统通过远程输入输出模块进行计算机换热器出口温度和大水箱液住串级控制,达到控制温度和液位的目的,并从理论分析和实验操作两方面进行了控制优化策略研究探讨。

Abstract:With the development of the control theory, process control in industrial production has been widely applied. The subject aims at the outlet temperature of heat exchanger and the water level control.In the MCGS software,the system adopts string-class control and makes improvement to the PID control algorithm. This system will achieve its aim at controlling hydro-position in the way of controlling computer the outlet temperature of heat exchanger and the water level control through remote inputting and outputting module and discuss the studies of the strategies of optimized control in both theoretical analysis and experiment.
