摘    要:世界范围的教师专业化运动为小学教师的专业发展提供了重要的理论指导和实践经验。人们对教师专业的持续关注和研究,进一步揭示了教师成长与专业教育的密切关系,从而形成了反映教师专业发展不同价值趋向、多样化的培养模式,为我们展现了制定小学教师培养课程方案的新视角。

Abstract:The professional movement of teachers of the range of the world has offered the important theoretical direction and practical experience for professional development of the primary school teachers. Sustained attention on the teaching profession further reveals the close relationship between education and professional development of teachers, thus forms the professional development of teachers of different values and diversity training model, and represents the new visual angle that grade teachers train the course scheme of making for us.
