云南植物药萝芙木中51种农药残留的测定

摘    要:用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)、双柱毛细管气相色谱(GC)、高效液相色谱-二级质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)分析方法对云南萝芙木进行51种农药残留测定.各测定方法在一定范围内线性关系良好,准确度和精密度均符合农残分析要求,在超高效液相色谱和高效液相色谱串联二级质谱中仅检测出多菌灵,含量分别为0.012 mg·kg-1和0.018 mg·kg-1,未超出国家食品中农药最大残留限量标准,没有检出其它50种农药.

Abstract:This research used an ultra high-performance liquid chromatography( UPLC),and double column capillary gas chromatography( GC),and high-performance liquid chromatography-the secondary mass spectrometry( HPLC-MS / MS) to determine 51 species pesticide residues in Yunnan rauvolfia samples. The results showed that the above-mentioned methods had the features of a good linear relationship,precision,stability and reproducibility. Only carbendazim among the 51 kinds of pesticides in the samples was detected by UPLC and HPLC-MS /MS. Its content was 0. 012 mg·kg-1and 0. 018 mg·kg-1respectively. The content in this sample did not exceed the limits of the maximum residue standards for food in China. Other 50 kinds of pesticides were not detected.
