中小企业板块上市公司的成长性分析

在市场经济条件下,检验企业生存和发展能力的成长性分析是衡量公司经营状况和发展前景的一项非常重要的指标.成长性即增长能力通常是指企业未来生产经营的发展趋势和发展水平,也即企业规模的不断扩张、经营效益的逐年增长.企业能否持续增长对投资者、债权人、经营者以及其他的利益相关者至关重要.本文运用因子分析方法,对中小企业板块219家上市公司2007年财务报表中的7个主要财务增长率指标进行了较为系统的统计分析,将这7个指标归结为2个因子：盈利增长因子和规模增长因子.利用这两个因子得分情况,对上市公司的成长性作出了较为客观的分析和评价.

Growth Analysis of The Small and Medium-sized Listed Companies

In a market economy, the survival and development capacity is a very important index for measuring the business condition and development prospect of one enterprise. Capability to grow, is also called the ability to grow, means the tread of the producing development and its level, whieh can be explained as the continuous expansion of business scale and the continuous improvement of profit - making. The capability to grow of one enterprise is very important to the investors, creditors and the operators. Factor analysis was used in this paper to analyze 219 enterprises＇ seven main indexes of the rate of financial growth in the plate of small and medium - sized listed companies. At last, seven indexes were successfully concluded to 2 factors ： the factor of profit growth and the factor of scale growth. The scores of the two factors were used to analyze and evaluate those enterprises.
