摘    要:多阶段制造系统中,最终产品的尺寸偏差是所有加工工位上尺寸偏差累积、耦合与传递的结果.为了解决多阶段制造系统中缺乏系统层上尺寸偏差控制模型的问题,在定义了3个坐标系、零件模型和零件偏差的基础上,通过齐次变换方法,推导出了夹具误差、基准误差、安装误差和加工误差的累积、传递过程,构建了状态空间模型,给出了模型的系统矩阵.该模型建立了每个工位上的零件尺寸偏差与制造过程中各种误差之间的关系,将尺寸偏差控制从设备层扩展到了系统层.实例证明了该模型的有效性和可行性.

Abstract:Dimensional variation of the final product is determined by cumulation,coupling and propagation of dimensional variation from all operations in multi-stage manufacturing systems(MMSs).The propagation process of fixture,datum, setup and machining errors is derived through a homogeneous transform method on the basis of defining three coordinate systems,workpiece model and workpiece variation for lack of control models of dimensional variation in MMS,and a state space model is developed and the system matrix is presented.The relationship of dimensional variation from all work stations and all kinds of errors is explored, and the control method of dimensional variation is extended from facility level to system level.The effectiveness and feasibility of the model is validated by a case study.
