文冠果优株子代苗期测定结果初报

摘    要:选用10株文冠果复选优株种子开展育苗试验,采用Logistic方程拟合文冠果优株子代苗高生长动态,决定系数达到0.933,估算了拟合方程的3个生物学参数a、b和c,以及文冠果在苗高线性生长阶段的4个关键生长参数,即最大生长速率(MGR)、线性生长速率(LGR)、线性生长量(TLG)和线性生长期(LGD)。方差分析结果表明各优株半同胞家系间苗期主要生长性状间差异显著,家系遗传达力系数和单株遗传达力系数均在0.6以上,性状间相关系数在0.947以上,以MGR、LGR、TLG等重要性状为因子对参试的10个优株进行系统聚类分析,46#、48#、137#子代苗期主要性状MGR、LGR、TLG好于总体水平10%以上。以这3个优良单株自由授粉子代构成的3个优良家系,与所选优树群体比较,遗传增益可达到4.9%。研究还发现,46#、48#、137#优株家系苗高线性生长量的增加非缘于LGD的延长,而是由于MGR和LGR的提高所致。

Abstract:Seedling test was carried out with the seeds of 10 plus trees of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunger,The periodicity of seedling shoot elongation was observed by using logistic curve function.The result showed that the seeding shoot elongation in Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunger was preferably fitted by Logistic curve,whose determinant coefficients are more than 0.933.and three biological parameters of Logistic equation(a,b,c)and four seedling shoot elongation parameters(MGR,LGR,TLG,LGD).was estimated ,Analysis of variance indicated that there were remarkable differences among 10 plua trees progeny of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunger. And the coefficients of family heritability and individual heritability were all more than 0.6.The coefficient? of character was more than 0. 947. Cluster analysis of main character(MGR, LGR,TLG)from 10 plua trees progeny observed that the 46^#and 48^# and 137^# plua trees progeny was one of the best.and more than 10% better than the overall level.Genetic gain of analysis on half--sib progenies family of 46^# and 48^# and 137^# can reach 4.9%,The test also found that the increase of TLG about the 46^#and 48^# and 137^# was attributed to the acceleration of MGR and LGR,but the prolongation of LGD.
