某型飞机前起后接头连接区疲劳寿命分析

摘    要:某型飞机前起落架后接头连接区为疲劳危险部位,必须准确地估计疲劳寿命。在对该连接件的有限元细节应力分析的基础上,计算应力集中系数Kt,用应力严重系数(SSF)法筛选该部件上的危险部位并且计算SSF。然后分别应用Miner损伤累积法则、修正Miner损伤累积法则计算出该部件的寿命。采用SSF和修正Miner损伤累积法则组合进行估算寿命精度较高。估算结果与试验结果吻合较好,为该型飞机的定寿提供了依据。

Abstract:The joint pontes of the front undercarriage of an aircraft is a fatigue critical part,its fatigue life has to be estimated exactly.Finite element approach is used to establishing joint finite element model and analyzed the stress of it,than calculated Kt.Filtrate critical part of the joint by SSF and calculate fatigue life by Miner's rule and modified Miner's rule respectively.The predicated accuracy is higher by the calculating method which combined the modified Miner's rule with SSF.The estimation of fatigue life agrees well with experiment.
