城市老年人心理健康及相关因素研究

本研究以幸福感、孤独感为指标.对德州市区251名老年人的心理健康状况进行调查研究,结果表明,这些老年人心理健康处于中上水平,大多数老年人幸福感较强,孤独感较少.随年龄发展,老年人幸福感差异不显著,而孤独感表现出年龄差异,70岁以上老年人得分水平低于其他年龄组.方差分析结果表明,与老年人心理健康关系较密切的因素主要是家庭关系、社会关系、社会支持、受人尊重、婚姻状况、健康状况、经济状况、职业、参加活动等,而性别、子女人数、居住方式与老年人心理健康关系不大.

Research on the Psychology Health and the Concerning Factors of the Age People in City

This paper was based on the census of the psychology health of 251 age people with required criteria regarding senses of happiness and solitude.The results show that the psychology health of the age people reach middle-to-upper level of the required criteria,most of the 251 age people censused felt they had a comparatively strong sense of happiness instead of the sense of solitude.As they were getting along in years,they did not differ much in the senses of happiness,but they did differ in the senses of solitude in correspondence of their age.Those of over 70 get lower scores than the ones from younger groups.The results of ANOVA show that the factors that were closely concerned with the psychology health of the age people were family relations,social relations,social supports,respectability,marriage,physical conditions,family income,occupation,level of education and social activities etc;while sex,number of children and ways of residence had little influence on the psychology health of the age people.;
