| 摘 要： | 视频监控在安全领域扮演着重要的角色，但视频监控通常只是录制现场视频图像，用于事后做证，缺乏主动性和智能性．在分析了视频监控系统的结构，介绍了可用于视频监控的人脸识别技术，最后提出了一种基于人脸识别技术的视频监控系统设计方案，以对视频画面中的人物进行识别，在特定目标出现后能做出相应的反应．
