| 摘 要： | 对贵州省高校在校本科生职业兴趣的结构进行研究,目的在于验证霍兰德职业兴趣调查表在贵州高校在校本科生中的结构,以探究霍兰德职业兴趣理论在不同文化背景下的可适用性。运用系统聚类法、多维尺度法作结构验证。得出结论:六种职业兴趣类型呈不规则的六边形结构,其顺序为I-RASEC;霍兰德职业兴趣理论不完全适用于贵州省高校本科生。

| Abstract: | Objective:to examine the structure of Vocational Interest of undergraduates of Guizhou and to research the applicability of Holland's RIASEC typology of vocational interest in different culture.Methods:Hierarchical Cluster Analysis and Multidimensional Scaling are used to analyse the structure of Vocational Interest.Results:the six types of Vocational Interest show irregular Hexagon,and ranged in IRASEC;The holland's Vocational Interest test is not fully applicable to undergraduates of Guizhou. |
