应用铁谱分析研究滚动轴承疲劳失效

摘    要:本研究应用铁谱分析技术对滚动轴承疲劳失效的全过程进行监测,探索了成劳失效过程的磨损规律,铁谱分析表明,在滚动轴承磨合期产生大量大尺寸的条状、块状、球状及切削状磨损颗垃,主要来源于软钢制造的保持器;轴承接近疲劳时,磨损颗粒大量增加,I_G和I_A值突然连续上升,说明疲劳已开始。有的轴承疲劳前出现大量的小球状颗粒,可视为疲劳剥落的先兆。

Abstract:This paper deals with wearing for process of fatigue failure of rolling bearing by using ferrographical analysis through endurance tests. It is shown that a lot of longer slip particles, debris, spheric wear particles and cutting wear particles mainly come from the soft steel cages, in runing-up period. During the analysis, it is found with the approaching of the fatigue period, wear particles increase a great deal and with the sudden continuous rise in I_o and I_A, the fatigue period begins. It is alos discovered that there appear a great deal of spheric wear particles, which might be considered as a presage of fatigue spalling of the rolling bearing
