一种制备纳米级Pd溶胶的简易方法

摘    要:以PdCl2为原料,加KCl促溶后在常温常压下直接通入H2反应,溶液中的Pd离子即被还原为金属Pd,体系由淡黄色变为暗棕色,同时pH值显著降低,表明有酸生成。聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)的加入会明显影响到Pd颗粒的形态。经透射电镜检测,无PVP时Pd会呈枝晶状团絮析出,加PVP后Pb晶体颗粒呈球状,且尺度均一(直径100nm左右),该胶体溶液在通常条件下性质稳定。可广泛用于污染修复或工业催化。

A Simple Method for Preparation of Nano-Pd Colloid

Abstract:The solution of PdCl2 was reduced with direct gaseous hydrogen injection;the color of the solution changed rapidly from light yellow to dark brown,and pH was also decreased dramatically.The morphology of the reduced Pd was greatly influenced at the presence of PVP,as can be seen from the TEM detection,a flocculate of dentrite without PVP and a unique spherical crystal with it.This colloid is stable at normal conditions and can be used in environmental-remediation or industry catalysis.
