| Abstract: | This paper, firstly, analyses the causes of structure rifting occurred in dwelling building that was built of brick-concrete structure and was put into use just a few years ago. Then it presents several prevention measures such as deepening the design, strengthen the construction quality control, formulating more reliable technical standard for concrete pouring and brick laying and so on. |
