摘    要:研究了三种有机锌盐对天然橡胶促进硫化的效果及硫化返原性,比较了硫化胶的力学性能;采用平衡溶胀法测定硫化胶交联密度和用特殊化学试剂法测定多硫键含量;分析了作用机理。结果表明,二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌(BZ) 的硫化促进活性最高,返原程度最大;2-硫醇基苯并噻唑锌(MZ)的硫化促进活性最低,返原程度最小;二丁基二硫代磷酸锌(ZnDBDP) 的硫化促进活性及返原程度居于二者之间。促进剂的离子性越强,硫化反应速率越快。

Abstract:The effects of zinc dibutyl dithiocarbamate (BZ) , zinc O,O΄- dibutyldithiophosphate(ZnDBDP)and zinc dibenzothiazole disulphide (MZ) on the curing characteristics and reversion of NR were studied. The mechanical properties of three vulcanizates were compared. Moreover, cross-link density of the vulcanizates were deterimined from the equilibrium swelling data. The concentration of polysulphidic cross-links of vulcanizates was detected by chemical probe. Mechanism of sulfur vulcanization catalyzed by these accelerators were analysed. The results showed that, the catalysis and reversion of ZnDBDP were greater than that of MZ, but less than that of BZ. The stronger ionization of accelerator was, the more rapid vulcanization was.
