摘    要:针对当前国内外超高温水基钻井液高温稳定性及滤失性调控技术难题,研制出超高温抗盐聚合物降滤失剂HTP-1,对其作用机制进行分析,并在胜科1超深井和泌深1超深井进行应用试验。HTP-1的作用机制主要有两方面,一是在黏土颗粒上的吸附量大并且吸附牢固,在化学环境和温度改变情况下吸附量变化小,二是改善钻井液体系中的颗粒粒径级配、降低滤饼的渗透率和改善其可压缩性;HTP-1抗温达240℃,抗盐超过20%,在各种基浆中的降滤失效果优于国内外同类处理剂,可以满足超深井超高温钻井需要。
