| Abstract: | This paper introduces the concept of loan-based financing risk,analyzes the geneses of loan-based financing risk,and puts forward some measures for preventing loan-based financing risk,and points out that enterprise must establish the risk consciousness,set up effective risk-prevention mechanism,keep rational liability/asset ratio,and draw up rational indebted financial plan. |
