桥门机主梁设计时强度与刚度的关系

针对桥门机主梁设计时主要是强度限制还是刚度限制进行了研究。通过结构理论分析并结合相关计算数据与曲线,得出强度刚度限制主要与对刚度的要求、起重机跨度的范围及主梁高度与宽度的比值等因素有关,即当对主梁刚度要求较严时,在一定的跨度范围内,或者主梁截面高度与宽度的比值较小时,桥门机主梁设计主要由刚度限制;而当对主梁刚度要求不高及较小跨度和超大跨度时,或者主梁截面高度与宽度的比值较大时,桥门机主梁设计则由强度限制。这为起重机设计提供了参考依据,有一定的实际意义。
