桥门机主梁设计时强度与刚度的关系

摘    要:针对桥门机主梁设计时主要是强度限制还是刚度限制进行了研究。通过结构理论分析并结合相关计算数据与曲线,得出强度刚度限制主要与对刚度的要求、起重机跨度的范围及主梁高度与宽度的比值等因素有关,即当对主梁刚度要求较严时,在一定的跨度范围内,或者主梁截面高度与宽度的比值较小时,桥门机主梁设计主要由刚度限制;而当对主梁刚度要求不高及较小跨度和超大跨度时,或者主梁截面高度与宽度的比值较大时,桥门机主梁设计则由强度限制。这为起重机设计提供了参考依据,有一定的实际意义。

Abstract:This paper analyzes whether strength or stiffness restricts the design of the main girder of traveling and gantry crane.Through the structural theoretical analysis and combined with the relevant calculated data and curves,the conclusion is that strength or stiffness restriction is mainly related with the stiffness requirements,span range of the crane and the ratio of height and width,i.e.,when the requirement on stiffness of main girder is strict in a normal span,or the ratio of height and width of the main...
