| 摘 要： | 岛屿旅游房产是在岛屿旅游和旅游房产发展的基础上兴起的旅游开发方式,文章从市场需求、资源环境和外部条件三个方面分析了岛屿旅游房产开发的可行性,同时指出了开发过程中可能存在的几个障碍因素,最后提出了一些相关的开发策略。
