社会性别视角下的高校大学生管理工作探究

随着高等教育事业的发展,女大学生在高校中的比例逐年上升。女大学生不仅有着与男大学生相似的发展规律,更有着自身发展的特殊性。社会性别研究的根本意义在于科学地认识两性差异。本文将社会性别视角纳入高校学生管理工作中,着重分析现行高校学生管理工作中性别视角缺失的问题并提出对策。

Discussion on College Student Management under the Perspective of Social Gender

With the development of higher education,the proportion of female students in colleges is increasing year by year.Female students not only have a similar development law with male students,but also have the particularity of their self-development.The fundamental significance of study on social gender is to scientifically understand gender differences.In this article,the perspective of social gender is introduced into college student management.Thus the problem of lack of gender perspective in the student management is emphatically analyzed,and some countermeasures are proposed.
