定标粒子理论在加盐萃取精馏分离醋酸甲酯-水物系中的应用

摘    要:用定标粒子理论分析加盐萃取精馏过程的原理;通过醋酸甲酯-水物系的分离实验结果进行验证,结果表明,醋酸甲酯可以达到99%以上的高纯度,定标粒子理论对此物系的汽液平衡实验和精馏实验具有指导意义。

Abstract:In this article,scaled particle theory is used to analyze the process of extractive distillation with added salt.In the case of the methyl acetate-water system,it is shown that high purity methyl acetate(99%) can be obtained.It is suggested that scaled particle theory is a useful method for the analysis of liquid-vapor equilibrium and distillation experiments.
