| 摘 要： | 56例精白类免疫前后配对血清,用BA-ELISA、常规ELISA和PHA等三种方法作平行比较试验,其结果:PHA法GMT免疫前1.83;免疫后62.43,抗体滴度升高34.1倍;常规ELISA法GMT免疫前4.86;免疫后340.8,抗体滴度升高70.05停;BA-ELISA法GMT免疫前9.05;免疫后1037.05,抗体滴度升高114.6倍。以免疫后PHA法GMT62.43作为敏感度1,则常规ELISA法比PHA法敏感5.46倍;BA-ELISA法比PHA法敏感16.61倍。而BA-ELISA法用于血表中白喉抗毒素检测取得了非常满意的结果。

| Abstract: | The parallel comparative tests were performed on purifided diphtheria toxoid sera of 56 cases before and after immunization by three methods: BA- ELISA, regular ELISA and PHA. The results were as follow: By PHA method, GMT was 1.83 before immunization and 62.43 after it. The titre of antibody increased 34. 1 times. By regular ELISA method, GMT was 4. 86 before immunization and 340. 8 affer it. The antibody titre increased 70.05 times. By BA- ELISA method, GMT was 9. 05 before immunization and 1037. 05 affer it. The antibody titre increased 114. 6 times. Taken GMT 62. 43 after immunization by PHA method as susceptibility 1, then regular ELISA method was 5.46 times more sensitive than PHA method; The susceptibility of BA - ELISA method was 3.042 times higher than that of regular ELISA method. BA - ELISA method was satisfactory when used to detect diphtheria antitoin in serum. |
