| 摘 要： | 介绍了办公管理系统在实际应用中的可行性领域，通过对数据库的管理，实现了e-files-box办公管理系统的开发，着重阐述了系统的主要功能，性能及实现．系统具有友好、简洁、美观的用户界面，良好的安全性，使用户的操作得以充分保障，而且满足数据的一致性和唯一性。

| Abstract: | Handle official business in the feasible field of the administrative system in practical application are introduced in this paper. Through the management of the database, realizes the development of the administrative system that e-files-box handles official business, describes the main function of the system emphatically, performance and realization. The system has friendship, succinct, beautiful user's interface, good security, the operation of using one can be fully ensured, and meet consistency and uniqueness of the data. |
