建议以南方丝绸之路为文化背景开辟跨国旅游线

早在公元前４世纪左右，中国西南地区，就已形成以成都为起点，经昆明、大理、保山（古称永昌）而出境，到缅甸、印度的民间通道。从秦汉王朝，这条赋商道以“官道”开始，日益发展为中国通往东南亚、南亚的陆路交通枢纽；在古代，沟通了中国与印度两大文明古国的友好往来。至今在古道两厢留下了许多珍贵的历史遗迹，赋予当今人们丰富的文化内涵；为当今社会发展旅游业提供了极其宝贵的物质（旅游）资源。

THE PROPOSAL TO OPEN THE INTERNATIONAL TOURIST ROUTES AGAINST THE CULTURAL BACKGROUND OF THE SOUTH SILK ROAD

As early as 400 B.C or so in the southwest of China there formed a nongovernmental passage, which started from Chengdu and reached Burma and Zndia Passing through Kunming, Dali and leaving the country in Baoshan. Since the exploitation of the borderland during Qing Han dynasties, the passage has became an official road instead of the commercial road, hence developed into a thoroughfare of land traffic, so to promote the commercial exchange and cultural interflow between China and Southeast Asia, and South Asia. In the ancient time, the South Silk Road served as a bridge for friendly intercourse between China and india. With the contribution of human civilization, there exists many precious vestiges of history and culture on the regions along the Road up to now. All these endow our time with rich cultural meanings and provide extremely precious materials (tourist resources) for the development of the tourist industry in modern society.
