摘    要:为解决轨道交通与常规公交换乘收益分配冲突问题,维持企业运营协调的稳定性,应用可拓学方法为企业提供换乘收益分配方案.从贡献和风险2个方面分析了换乘收益分配影响因素,在此基础上,提出了换乘收益分配比例公式,并建立了问题的形式化物元模型和可拓关系模型以衡量换乘收益分配冲突程度.在构建公共交通企业简单成本蕴含系的基础上,分析了生成收益分配协调可行性方案的条件转换桥方法和对可行性方案进行筛选的可拓优度评价方法.算例分析结果表明,可拓方法能够较好地解决换乘收益分配问题.

Abstract:To address transfer income distribution conflict between rail transit and bus transit and maintain the stability of enterprise operation coordination, extenics was applied to provide income distribution scheme for enterprises. Influence factors of income distribution conflict were analyzed from two aspects which are contribution and risk, and then the proportion formula of transfer income distribution was proposed. And the formal matter element model and extension model of the issue were established to measure the degree of income distribution conflict. On the basis of constructing the simple cost implication system for public transport enterprise, the method of condition transforming bridge was introduced to generate the possible options of income distribution coordination. And the extension priority degree evaluation method was introduced to filter possible options. The analysis results of the example show that the extension method can better solve the problem of transfer income distribution.
