| Abstract: | It is important to reinforce protection of the right of business secrecy in order to maintain business moralsand promote research and exploitation. On the other hand, any right is not absolute and the owner should be re-stricted in exercising his right of business secrecy in many aspects. The article will discuss the problem of limitingright of business secrecy for the puopse of learning from Other scholars. |
