回转型气压半悬浮导轨微量进给稳定性的研究

摘    要:分析了回转型气压半悬浮导轨微量进给不稳定的原因,提出了用等效转换的方法研究微观复杂气道内气流的动态特性,用速度楔来安量描述气道内气流速度的变化规律。推导出气压半悬浮导轨副卸荷参数与导轨摩擦自激扭振之间的定量关系,并给出了算例。

Abstract:Reasons of non-uniform microfeed of barometric pressure semi-suspension circular-ways are analyzed. The method of equivalent conversion is proposed for studying the characteristics of air-fow in complicated and irregular air-passage which is for med by the roughnees of ways-pair . The regularity of air-fow velocity is described by speed-tetrahedroid . The quantitative relation between design parameters of circular-ways and friction self-excited vibration is established, and the calculating example is giren.
