论50年代后我国人口过快增长的深刻原因——兼议“错批一人，多生三亿”之说

时至今日，仍然有不少人把新中国建立后一段时期内的人口高速增长归咎于毛泽东，认为“错批一人，误增三亿”。其实．20世纪50至60年代我国人口增长表现为传统经济增长、传统生育文化、特定历史条件下死亡率剧降与人口自身增长相互推动而形成的综合效应。其主因不能归结为人口政策失误，更不能归咎于毛泽东一人。
