| 摘 要： | 文章分析了非学历培训为终身教育体系建立、市场需要的满足以及远程教育自身优化所能带来的积极影响,进而针对当前非学历培训存在的问题,从理念宣传、管理和监督方面提出建议,以期提升远程教育转型中开展非学历培训的必要性思考.

| Abstract: | This paper analyses some advantages of non-degree education on the establishment of lifelong education system, satisfaction of the market and the self-improvement of distance educa- tion. It then provide some suggestions from the aspects of concept publicity, management and su- pervision on current problems, in order to give a through reflect on the necessity of non-degree edu- cation in the process of distance education transformation. |
