| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨新疆区域创新体系的创建问题。方法 采取理论分析和实践数据对比的方式进行分门别类的研究。结果 新疆区域创新体系必须要基于对物质循环利用技术、节水技术、生物技术、开发农产品综合技术、高新技术引进和开发、信息技术、资源技术和荒漠化防治技术的开发和研究。结论 优势技术开发是新疆区域创新体系的核心内容。

| Abstract: | Aim Approach on the establishment of a innovative system for the development of Xinjiang.Methods Using the methods of theoretical analysis, practical dates comparison and classifying.Results The research work should be based on the technique of efficient using the material resources, technique of water conservation, biotechnology,polytechnics of developing agricultural products, introducing and exploring high-tech, information technology, resources technique and technique to limit the expansion of desert.Conclusion The development of advanced technology is the core of the innovative system for the regional development of Xinjiang. |
