摘    要:阐述了聚合物淬火剂SST301的基本特性,探讨了冷却机理.结果表明,该淬火剂在冷却金属时,在金属表面形成一层聚合物隔离膜,此膜能降低金属淬火时产生的热应力和组织应力、减小淬火变形量、防止淬火开裂

Abstract:The main characteristics of the polymer quenchant SST 301 were described. The cooling mechanism of the quenchant was analyzed. The results show that a film of polymer will form on the surface of the metal during the cooling process. The film can reduce the themal stress, transformation stress and quenching distortion of the steel and prevent the formation of quenching cracks.
