| Abstract: | This paper introduces the concept and features of Virtual library, demonstrates the necessity of constructing the virtual library from the basic functions of the library, the features of network literatures and the needs of the users, and expounds the channels of constructing the virtual library in special schools from four aspects of organization management, resources construction, users service and ranks construction. |
