| 摘 要： | :结合京深高速公路 (石家庄 -安阳段 )项目收费方案论证工作 ,在深入调查研究的基础上 ,运用技术经济分析与比较方法 ,通过对项目的成本 -效益分析及评估来确定通行费标准 ,并按照国际上有关道路使用者与投资者利益合理分配的原则 ,对收费标准进行分析评价 ,为项目经营管理决策提供了科学依据

| Abstract: | In this thesis, the toll rate plan of Jing-Shen Expressway (from Shijiazhuang to Anyang) is studied as a case. Based on thorough investigation and study, technology and economic means and cost benefit methods are used to decide the toll rate standard. On the other side, considering the principle of the profit allocation between the road user and investor, the rationality of toll rate standard is evaluated to provide evidences for the project management. |
