液力变矩器的宽度比敏感性数值研究

摘    要:在变宽度循环圆设计方法的基础上,为提高液力传动系统功率密度,减轻质量,对几组不同宽度比循环圆的变矩器进行了CFD(计算流体动力学)数值模拟,借以评估对其整体传动性能的影响.结果表明,随宽度比减小变矩比和效率基本不受影响,而透穿性则由正透穿逐渐变为混合透穿,在速比大于0.6时传动性能基本没有差异.可见变矩器宽度比对低速比区的透穿性有一定的影响,在节省传动系布置轴向空间的同时尤其要考虑到透穿性的变化.

Abstract:To estimate the influence of the flatness ratio on hydrodynamic performance,a group of torque converters with different widths were investigated by CFD simulation to improve the power diversity and reduce the mass based on the variable-width circulatory circle torque converter design method.The results showed that the torque ratio and efficiency curve are almost not affected by width ratio, whereas the torque capacity performance changes especially when the speed ratio is less than 0.6.Thus when the width is reduced,change of torque capacity should be given more attention.
