| 摘 要： | 金字塔写作模式是商务英语信函写作的一种形式,该模式的优点就是能迅速识别主要信息,简单实用,可操作性强。金字塔写作模式中的关键问题是如何开头和如何设计安排信函内容。运用金字塔模式写作应遵循简明、清楚、礼貌的原则。使用金字塔写作模式,可以帮助从事商务写作的人士撰写出符合商务礼仪、结构合理、清楚简明、富有实效的商务信函。
